The Mitochondrial Bioenergetics Resource Core specializes in respirometry and other assays of mitochondrial function to support clinical, translational, and basic science research. Using Seahorse XF and Oroboros O2k devices, we provide support for both high-throughput and high-resolution respirometry to quantify oxidative phosphorylation, fatty acid oxidation, extracellular acidification, glycolysis, and other key bioenergetic measurements. We also offer consulting expertise in the design and conduct of mitochondrial research projects.
Services: Respirometry, enzyme analyses, mitochondrial content, ETC analysis, sample processing.
